Lady Antebellum - Wake Me Up (Live Avicii Cover) - Video

Lady Antebellum have recently taken to performing a cover at the end of their shows on the Take Me Downtown tour.

But that's not a country cover. In fact, it's a cover of Avicii's 'Wake Me Up' which is essentially a remix of soul artist Aloe Blacc's song, which originally had rootsy undertones.

In the video below, Lady A perform the song in full and then switch to a rendition of Anna Kendrick's 'Cups', a version made famous by the movie Pitch Perfect. "We found a fun, current song that seems to work. It’s a giant dance party with people dancing up and down the aisles, and it’s a fun way to say goodbye until next time,” she says. “For whatever reasons, people connect to that song."
