L.A. Reid Says 'The X Factor USA' Judges Panel is the 'Rolls-Royce'

L.A. Reid says The X Factor's judging panel is the "Rolls-Royce" during this X Factor promo video.  L.A. is not pulling any punches this year!

In this The X Factor promo, the judges give their thoughts on L.A. Reid and L.A. shares his thoughts about how The X Factor judges stack up against those other singing shows.

L.A. says that, unlike the other shows, The X Factor season 2 is all about the talent and not about the judging panel.  He adds that The X Factor panel is "not some has-beens, not some wannabes" and calls the panel, which he says includes "two girls who are hot right now and two guys who love and recognize talent" are "the Rolls-Royce."

Season 1 of The X Factor was definitely more about drama on the judging panel than about the contestants, so it will be interesting to see how much that actually changes with the new crop of judges.  As for the battle of which show has the best judging panel....my money is still on The Voice.  We still don't know who is even going to be on the Idol panel and even if Demi and Britt Britt turn out to be fantastic judges, I think it will take a couple seasons for them to start gelling as a unit.

L.A. gets his first chance to prove me wrong when The X Factor premieres Wednesday night.
