L.A. Reid - Keynote Speaker at Billboard/Hollywood Reporter Film & T.V. Conference
X-Factor judge L.A. Reid will be one of the keynote speakers at the Billboard/Hollywood Reporter Film & T.V. conference on Oct. 24-25. For the first time the conference is offering opportunities for musicians to get their music heard by reps looking for music to feature in film, t.v. and commercials.
With judges becoming ever more the focus of reality t.v. singing competitions, this gig is a nice bit of extra industry cred for X-factor USA, as it heads into it's sophomore season on the air.

Reid will deliver a keynote Q&As at the Billboard/Hollywood Reporter Film & TV Music Conference, presented by First Entertainment Credit Union, taking place Oct. 24-25 at the W Hotel in Hollywood. ??Reid, winner of three Grammy Awards, will discuss his career as a producer, songwriter and label executive at Epic, where he has been building the label concurrently with his stint on Fox's X Factor.
