Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are currently in a heated battle to get paparazzi to stop taking photos of celebrity children and confronted the head of an agency to get their point across.

On the safety of Access Hollywood of course.

In the video, the husband and wife sit down with AKM-GSI photo agency boss Steve Ginsburg and celebrity reporter Christian Zimmerman, who say that as long as there is demand there is going to be supply.

Even when Bell told the men that she has to fight through yelling cameramen on a regular basis while holding her child -- which is understandably frightening -- they don't seem that deterred.

As husband Dax eloquently explained to them, "If you don't have an ethical issue with that, then I don't think you have ethics."

While the owner of AKM-GSI agrees that they do need to regulate photographers, he admitted that he doesn't know how and then went on to call Kristen's response and her use of the term "pedorazzi": "hysterical."

Bell has a solution though, if magazines and agencies don't pay for photos of celebrity kids there will no longer be a need to photograph them in the first place.

A suggestion that Ginsburg says he's not on board with. As he explained, "If I say to photographers out there 'I will no longer accept photos of children,' they will pack up, leave to another agency, and I'm out of a business."

Unfortunately for him, Bell and Shepard's plan seems to be sort of working. Already Entertainment Tonight, Just Jared and People have agreed not to publish unwanted snaps of celebrity kids.
