Kris Allen's Beach Concert Gets Busted Up by the Police - Video
Oh snap! Kris Allen held an impromptu beach concert last night in Santa Monica on a pier, and midway through his set, the cops laid down the smack!
Luckily, he wasn't arrested, despite not having a permit.

After the incident, he sent out an apology, saying:
