Kip Moore Scores #1 Song with 'Hey Pretty Girl'
Kip Moore's 'Hey Pretty Girl' becomes his third #1 song.
It joins previous #1s 'Somethin' 'Bout A Truck' and 'Beer Money', and all are from his debut album, Up All Night, an impressive feat. In addition, the
on YouTube/Vevo has passed 3 million views.
Kip Moore is also currently on the Hammer Down Tour with Toby Keith, and is about to jump on the Take Me Downtown Tour with Lady Antebellum and Kacey Musgraves in the Fall, as well as writing his sophomore album.
Kip said of the #1: “It’s wild to me that it’s just been over a year since we put out my first album and we have three No. one songs. Writing all of these songs and seeing them come to life through the fans’ eyes is humbling to say the least. The support from them and all the great people at radio has left me speechless. I’m almost done with the next album and I can’t wait to let everyone hear some of these new tunes.”
As a song that has wooed women everywhere and shown more of Kip's sensitive side in a crowded market of over-masculinity, I only hope he releases more music like this in the future.
