Kimberly Perry Injured By Fans During Show
Kimberly Perry (of The Band Perry) was recently injured by fans at a show at the Boots and Hearts Music Festival in Ontario, Canada.
On Saturday, August 3, when performing to a crowd of 28,000, Kimberly approached the barrier that separated the band from the fans, who pulled her towards the barrier enthusiastically. Kimberly bounded back onstage, briefly noticing her dress had been ripped, so she tore the hanging piece off and threw it to the fans. Lucky fans! The ripped dress would also be something pretty cool to hang up in an exhibition or something.
Kimberly was so caught up in the performance that she didn't actually realize she had been hurt until later, when she noticed all the bruising and abrasion down her leg. She must be pretty intensely into the performance not to notice something like that! Kimberly just brushed it off when asked about it afterwards, saying "It was one of those sweaty, primitive stage moments I live for.”
Kimberly Perry is clearly a tough cookie, shown on the trio's recent hits like 'DONE.' and 'Better Dig Two', as well as their much-loved sophomore album, Pioneer.
