Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has given birth to twins. They're her third and fourth children with her football player husband Kroy Biermann.

Zolciak shared the news on Twitter, joking:

The tweet linked to some text on Instagram which reads, "Guess what?!!! The twins have arrived! We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!"

Later on she explained why she named her new kiddies Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, also via some Instagram text.

Apparently Kaia was named "after 'psychic' Rose" who is basically a grandma to Zolciak and Kane Ren "after my OBGYN" who has delivered 5 of Zolciak's six children.

In addition to the now four kids she has with Biermann, she has two teenaged girls from previous relationships.

Congratulations to the entire family!
