Kim Kardashian + Kanye West Are Marrying in Florence Now
Despite claims that they would tie the knot in Paris (while James Franco rode Seth Rogen while riding a motorcycle), sounds like now Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will swap vows in Florence, Italy.
A representative for the Florence mayor's office has confirmed that Kimye will wed on May 24th at Florence's 16th-century Belvedere Fort. (Side note: sorry everyone who has an anniversary on May 24th. ::coughthisauthorcough::)As West explained in an interview, they love Florence because it's where North was conceived.
"I love Italy and the Italian lifestyle. To tell you the truth, I already came to the banks of the Arno with Kim last year, just the two of us, incognito."
He continued, "I think that our daughter North was conceived here among the Renaissance masterpieces. It was our first honeymoon."
We really hope that North wasn't literally conceived among the masterpieces of the Renaissance.
