Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for posting their proposal video to his website MixBit without permission.

Also, he totally took an extra cookie at snack time, so not cool.

In the lawsuit -- which was filed yesterday (Oct. 31) -- they allege that Hurley was not invited to San Francisco's AT&T Park for the proposal but wasn't given the boot because he signed a confidentiality agreement saying he wouldn't post any photos or videos of the event.

"Exclusive rights, such as those sold by plaintiffs to publication of video of the event, are particularly valuable," the lawsuit reads. "If people violate these rights ... they are of substantially diminished value."

Obviously he didn't listen and he is now being sued by Kimye for unspecified damages. Read: thanks a lot for ruining the special episode of this we obviously filmed for E!
