The glitter-covered one and her cotton candy hair talked to Jimmy Kimmel about how she often visits her past lives which included warrior princesses and many many men in order to deal with her various problems and that time her lady parts were rid of ghosts.

Apparently, after visiting a haunted house, Ke$ha went to her hypnotherapist who told her that her body was full of dead people because the ghost meter kept going off when it was near her nether regions.
