FX's adaptation of the Coen Brothers' Oscar-winning Fargo is getting an infusion of Key & Peele.

Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, stars of Comedy Central's hit sketch comedy series Key & Peele, have been cast in the upcoming miniseries event. The pair will play FBI partners Webb Pepper (Peele) and Bill Budge (Key), two men obsessed with finding violent hitman Lorne Malvo (Billy Bob Thornton). Key and Peele will guest star in an arc that will take place over the course of the final four episodes.

Fargo will be a 10-episode limited series with an original story of its own. Yes, the setting and tone will be inspired by the 1996 Coen Brothers feature film of the same name, but the story will feature a different true-crime tale. The new series stars Martin Freeman (Sherlock), Colin Hanks (Dexter) and Bob Odenkirk (Breaking Bad). In short, it's one of the most talented casts assembled for a non-HBO miniseries in years. Just from the talent in front of the camera, Fargo is a project worth keeping an eye on.

Fargo premieres Tuesday, April 15 on FX.
