Katy Perry's Album 'Prism' Deemed a Biohazard in Australia

Songstress Katy Perry's newest album Prism has been dubbed a potential biohazard in Australia, and it's all due to some seeds in the packaging and has nothing to do with radioactive superpowers.

The deluxe version of the album includes seeds from the United States that are not native to Australia and with Perry urging fans to plant the seeds and "spread the light," officials are concerned.

However, as Katy's production team has explained to the Department of Agriculture, only "locally sourced seeds" were used for the Australia versions of the product.

Of course this doesn't account for deluxe editions purchased internationally which still have the DA worried.

Said a spokesperson for the organization, "The Australian Government has a strong system in place to detect and respond to material of biosecurity concern. This includes inspection of mail, cargo and baggage."

To which we say: Simpsons did it! Simpsons did it!
