John Mayer and Katy Perry may have split. Again. WHY GOD, WHY!?! Just kidding, we're already over it.

The break up is being reported by E! News, who claims a source of theirs has information that John and Katy called it quits "within the last few days."

Way to be completely nonspecific source.

If they have broken up however that will make that awkward music video even more awkward than when they were dating. Yikes.

Reps for the couple (who were recently in the spotlight over some engagement rumors) have yet to respond, but as per usual we will keep you updated as the situation develops.

You know, just in case this will keep you awake at night. Although it really shouldn't. You deserve a better celebrity couple. You're worth it.
