Katherine Heigl is Suing Duane Reade for $6 Million

Last month drug store Duane Reade posted a paparazzi photo of Katherine Heigl leaving their store on Twitter and since she's not busy making any horrible rom-coms, she's suing them to the tune of $6 million.

Not the most rational response in the world.

Based on information from the lawsuit, Duane Reade posted a photo that originated on Just Jared and then tagged Heigl in it. When they refused to remove it at her request she filed suit.

She says that if she wins the lawsuit she will donate the money earned to charity.
