Kanye West May Still Have to Face the Pap He Assaulted in Civil Court - Report

After an altercation with a paparazzo at LAX, Kanye West was sentenced to court ordered anger management, community service and two years probation, but it may not be over yet.

You see, when Kanye took the plea deal on Monday (March 17) that was in criminal court. Now sources are saying the photographer may sue West in civil court.

Usually celebs can just throw money at these sorts of problems to make them go away (Kanye did it before with that teen he assaulted) but apparently this guy wants the case to go to trial.

He must have a lot of free time.

Apparently a trial date has already been set and Kanye has been sent a notice for a deposition.

Oh man, those videos are probably going to be even better than Justin Bieber's. Can't wait!
