Justin Bieber Treats His Fans Outside a Paris Hotel

Awwww! Even a concussion can't stop Justin Bieber from being an absolutely sweetheart for his adoring his fans. Only one day after running into a glass wall, the Biebs performed a surprise concert in his Paris hotel balcony. You can't deny the teen heartthrob for wanting to give back.

He noticed a group of screaming fans outside of his hotel, took a megaphone and sang his hit "Boyfriend" through a megaphone. Of course, his diehard fans were singing along - was Selena Gomez? Word on the street is that his lady love hasn't been able to fly out to Paris just yet.
