Justin Bieber to Mentor L.A. Reid's Team on The X Factor

Justin Bieber will be mentoring L.A. Reid's team on The X Factor this season.

Per TMZ, the Biebs has been called upon by judge L.A. Reid to help mentor his team of contestants to victory on season two of The X Factor.

Seems like a bit of an odd choice if the reported judge/category assignments turn out to be true, but there's no denying Bieber's success, so perhaps he can give Reid's team the boost they will need to overcome last year's winning judge Simon Cowell.  Or perhaps the crafty Reid is just hoping to bribe the younger demo to vote for his team by bringing Bieber on board.
