Justin Bieber Sentenced to Two Years Probation In Egging Case

Yesterday, Justin Bieber was arraigned on charges of misdemeanor vandalism in relation to the egging of his neighbor's house back in January, since this is something the Biebs apparently does as an inexpensive means of occupying his time (well, "inexpensive" if we're assuming the eggs weren't Fabergé). Following the arraignment, a deal was apparently reached between the singer's lawyers and the district attorney's office that would allow the singer to avoid the spectacle of a trial.

Long story short, Bieber has been sentenced to two years probation in connection with the egging, which took place in Calabasas, California.

Hopefully, this serves as a wake-up call to Bieber, if only because this is such a ridiculous thing to get yourself in trouble over. I mean, his career isn't going to be ruined over this or anything, but these run-ins with the law accrue over time in the public consciousness, to where your public reputation isn't what it once was. Sure, it's been a while since his head has been above water in the reputation department, but is it wrong to wish that this guy would just...I dunno, maybe stop making all these boneheaded life choices?
