Justin Bieber Rejects Plea Deal in DUI Case

Justin Bieber has refused a plea deal offered by Miami prosecutors for his DUI and reckless driving arrest and as a result said case may go to trial.

Key word being "may."

The deal on the table was this: if Justin plead no contest to restless driving he would have to submit to random drug tests for 6 to 9 months. And since this is Justin Bieber, such a deal was immediately off the table because drug testing.

Justin will apparently not take any deal that has probationary restrictions (especially drug testing) and the prosecutor will not offer a non-drug testing deal so they're now at a standstill according to TMZ.

Sources are saying that because of this a trial is possible.

The Biebs is facing three charges: driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license, all of which could land him in jail for 2 1/2 years.

You know, if he wasn't Justin Bieber.
