The video in question features the Biebs providing the police with a urine sample after his DUI arrest.

Bieber's lawyer tried to block the video from release, but a judge denied his requests (because it's somehow "relevant to the public’s right to know") and here it is, blacked out genitals and all.

Sure we said they would be blurred genitals, but this is somehow more hilarious. I mean, can you believe how large and square Justin Bieber's penis must be to require this much coverage.
