Justin Bieber covers Billboard, stuns in Germany's Next Top Model performance - VIDEO

Peep pop pin-up Justin Bieber covering Billboard magazine as a precursor to his album Believe, coming soon. The 19 year-old also performed on Germany's Next Top Model delivering arguably his most best performance of his single "Boyfriend" to date.

A lot of people like to rag on Bieber about his performance skills, but he definitely has improved since what we have seen in his first performance of the song. And he delivers a pretty much live vocal, accompanied by big dance break, a big production performance..what more could you ask for? Believe hits stores June 19th. The third & final promotional single, "As Long as You Love Me" feat. Big Sean will be released on iTunes next Tuesday.
