Justin Bieber breaks Make-A-Wish record - Video

Though he's received a lot of scandalizing publicity in recent months, Justin Bieber intends to show the world that there's still a good-hearted guy beneath it all.

On August 10, in Atlanta, the singer met with Annalysha Brown-Rafanan, an eight-year old fan suffering from a life-threatening liver condition.

The visit, which was sponsored by the Make-A-Wish Foundation, marked Bieber's 200th wish, making him the first recording artist to ever reach this considerable milestone.

“This is what it is about,” Bieber wrote on Twitter, adding that the experience was “one of the best moments I’ve ever had.”
