The video of Justin Bieber getting booked by police for his DUI and drag racing arrest has surfaced. Enjoy!

Mostly he just takes off various items of clothing and gets pulled around and patted down, but we thought you might want to take a gander nonetheless.

And just when you thought things couldn't get any worse for the rapscallion, the sheriff's office is recommending to the DA that Bieber be slapped with a  felony charge for vandalism in his recent egg-throwing case. The one in which he caused $20,000 worth of damage to his neighbor's home.

The District Attorney will make their official decision about the case within the next week.
