Well we all knew it was bound to happen eventually. This morning (Jan. 23) Justin Bieber was put in cuffs for drag racing and driving under the influence.
Based on a statement from Miami Beach Police Sgt. Bobby Hernandez, the Biebs was "was pulled over and failed a field sobriety test" which occurred around 4:00 AM.
Police believe he was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol and that he appeared "incoherent."
According to TMZ, the driver of the car Bieber was racing (Khalil, a rapper on Def Jam Records) was also arrested at the scene.
Both men were booked and apparently Justin resisted arrest, although reports say it was non-violently. Oh, and he also had an expired license at the time.
