Justin Bieber Will Be Arraigned on Valentine's Day

Justin Bieber is all set to be arraigned by a judge on Feb. 14! It could either be the best Valentine's Day ever or the worst depending on what happens and your feelings on the Bieber situation.
Either way, we expect Tumblr to be on top of some hilarious Valentine's Day cards to mark the occasion.
In an arraignment, a prosecutor generally files charges (in this case charges of DUI -- which reports have disputed -- resisting arrest and driving with an expired license) and a plea deal is entered on behalf of the defendant either in person or in writing.
Meaning that Bieber may not even have to be there and instead can continue spending his time taking a vacation from his life. Which is generally in and of itself a vacation.
