Juanita Barber - What About The Children - American Idol Rewind

When it comes to judge confrontations on American Idol, no one has "out Juanita'd" the legendary Juanita Barber.

After singing a dismal "What About the Children" with a video backdrop of a field of flowers (LOL), Juanita Barber unloads on the judges after some stinging criticism. First to Simon Cowell:

Juanita Barber: "I think America chose the wrong judge ... How is that the wrong song, I'm singing that song to America and I'm aksing (sic) them what about the children? How is that the wrong song?"

And then in a classic moment, with Randy Jackson:

Randy: "Do you even know who I am?"
Juanita Barber: "Do you know who I AM? I'm Juanita!"

Classic!

In her where-is-she-now interview, Juanita Barber thought that American Idol viewers would be on her side if she attacked the judges. Clearly this is a tactic that doesn't work if you are not the star you think you are. But now Juanita Barber lives forever on the Internets.
