Josh Turner Releases New Book, 'Man Stuff'
Josh Turner may not be releasing new music any time soon, but he's not taking time off completely. His first stint as an author, a book entitled Man Stuff: Thoughts On Faith, Family and Fatherhood, will hit shelves tomorrow (April 29).
Featuring a foreword by A&E Duck Dynasty star Jase Robertson, the book is a collection of short anecdotes and stories sorted into chapters, an opportunity of sorts to display the life lessons he has been taught over the years. However, Josh was not always totally up for the idea of becoming an author. "At first, it seemed a little scary," he admitted. "But the more I thought about it, it got me excited and motivated to tackle this."
If female fans are feeling left out, don't worry; It's not just for men. "I think it can help men and women from all walks of life," Josh explains. "The first person who read the book was my wife and she loved it. She told me she learned things about me that she never knew."
I don't know about this, but maybe Josh should tell his wife more of the things he's telling the world, before she has to read about them along with everyone else!
