Josh Brolin and Diane Lane Officially Divorced

The divorce between actor Josh Brolin and actress Diane Lane has been finalized.

Said couple separated earlier this year, but it wasn't court official until legal documents finalized on November 27 were put through. Diane Lane Brolin has since changed her name back to Diane Lane.

Meanwhile, Josh Brolin is super busy himself, having checked himself into rehab a month ago.

The duo married in 2004, with Josh Brolin arrested a mere four months later for "spousal battery" but Lane never pressed charges for the incident.

Don't shed any crocodile tears for them though, according to Josh's father, the split was "mutual" and "it's all okay."
