Jonathan Rhys Meyers' 'Dracula' Salary Withheld Due to Addiction

Seems NBC was so worried about their Dracula star Jonathan Rhys Meyers' problems with addiction that they delayed a substantial portion of his payment until he finished filming all 10 episodes of their new show.
Meyers' drug problems were a constant problem on his previous show The Tudors and in order for NBC to even consider casting him he was offered per diem payments while they withheld the lump sum of his earning, estimated at $100,000 per episode.
That's not to say that filming went completely smooth in Budapest. According to sources, Meyers had a meltdown while filming and headed back to London where he was "hospitalized for a short time."
He finished filming (while being kept in check on set by a sober companion) only to return to rehab to finish out his stay.
It's all good though, says an informant close to Rhys Meyers, "Jonathan's in a really good place, and he's healthy."
However the same cannot be said for Dracula.
