Jonathan and Charlotte signed by Simon Cowell - Britain's Got Talent

Jonathan and Charlotte who placed second in this year's Britain's Got Talent have been signed by Simon Cowell for a reported £1 million.

Well, the girl got lucky then. I blame her for Jonathan not winning the competition outright.

Their first single is expected to come out on September 3, 2012.

From Daily Mail:

Talking about his new signing, Cowell said: 'This show is designed to give people like Jonathan and Charlotte an opportunity. I think their debut album is going to be stunning.'

And Jonathan, who was advised to go solo after his first audition on the ITV1 show, said: 'Appearing on the show has been a huge confidence boost and I'm still pinching myself that we are actually making our album.
'Thank you to everyone for making this happen for us.'
