Jon Gosselin Wants to Sue Kate For Custody of Their Sextuplets

Apparently Jon Gosselin thinks he would be a better parent than Kate Gosselin, so much so that he's seeking custody of their six younger children.

Nope. Just nope.

Gosselin revealed this news to magazine In Touch, saying he planned to try and convince a judge that he should be in charge of the well-being of 9-year-olds Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah.

"They live in fear of Kate. Every time I see them, they tell me they want to live with me," said the former Ed Hardy loving father and star of the imaginary reality show in our minds called Jon Minus Nine.

"Regardless of what the judge decides, I have to at least try. I just wish Kate would wake up, realize how she’s behaving -- and change her ways."

Jon says the last straw was that super awkward Today Show interview Kate brought the older twins Cara and Mady on, in which they were so silent that it made everyone uncomfortable.

He plans to file for an emergency petition as soon as he has the cash for the legal fees.

Again, no. Just no.
