Joe Jonas - Miss USA Not 'Rigged'

By Richard Smith ·

Joe Jonas weighed in on the Miss USA scandal.

Jonas was a judge at Sunday's pageant, which Rhode Island's Olivia Culpo won.

After the show, Miss Pennsylvania, Sheena Monnin, resigned, claiming the contest was rigged.

Jonas tweeted, "All I can say... is the Miss USA competition was NOT rigged. Miss (Rhode Island) USA won fair and square."
