Jimmy Kimmel Shares Some Star-Studded YouTube Adaptations - VIDEOS
Jimmy Kimmel Live! celebrated their post-Oscars show with a star-studded series of fake movie trailers inspired by videos from YouTube. If you haven't witnessed Kevin Spacey as keyboard cat you have not lived!
Basically: movies based on books are a thing of the past, welcome the new age of movies based on YouTube videos!
First up was Bitman Begins (above) inspired by "Charlie Bit My Finger" featuring Chris Hemsworth vs. Liam Hemsworth, Meryl Streep as their mother and Tom Hanks as a random monk.
Next up was "Sweet Brown: Ain't Nobody Got Time for That" which featured Queen Latifah as Sweet Brown, Barkhad Abdi as a super young Barack Obama, Adam Driver as Steve Jobs (pre-Apple) and Matt Damon in his best deleted scene yet.
This was followed by "Ameowadeus" with Kevin Spacey portraying Keyboard Cat as Ameowadeus Mozart. AKA the best! The parody also featured Christoph Waltz as Spacey's nemesis Hamster on a Piano, Gary Oldman, Abbie Cornish, Ben Kingsley and Mandy Patinkin. Not to mention Sir Jimmy Kimmel as Dramatic Chipmunk.
The night ended with "David After Dentist: Double Rainbow Oh My God!" in which Joseph Gordon-Levitt goes an a magical 3-D musical hallucination starring Catherine Zeta-Jones as the Tooth Fairy, Samuel L. Jackson as the evil dentist and Seth Rogen freaking out about a double rainbow.
