Jimmy Fallon and Pierce Brosnan Play 'Goldeneye' on The Tonight Show (VIDEO)

So yeah...Jimmy Fallon and Pierce Brosnan played Goldeneye 007 on The Tonight Show last night. And it was kind of awesome.

Any self-respecting console gamer who grew up in the 90s knows that Goldeneye 007 is one of the best multiplayer games of all-time, and one of the real jumping-off points for the industry recognizing what multiplayer gaming could be. In fact, the game was so popular in its day that it easily outclassed the James Bond movie it was actually based on, as the N64 first-person shooter still gets talked about in gaming circles as a classic. (Well, in mine anyway)

So when Pierce Brosnan dropped by The Tonight Show to promote his upcoming non-Bond spy thriller The November Man, it turned out to be no real surprise to learn that Jimmy was chomping at the bit to get to play one of his favorite video games of all-time against James Bond himself. But what was the outcome of this epic face-off, as two grown men waged war in an all-out, bullet-ridden bloodbath in Goldeneye 007? Find out by watching the full video below. The commentary alone is worth it!
