Jessica Cunningham - 7-time American Idol auditionee - Arrested for Domestic Dispute
Jessica Cunningham who gave the show the bird when she was eliminated during the Hollywood Round during her birthday - was arrested over the weekend.

A perennial 'American Idol' contestant who infamously gave the show the double bird after being eliminated on her birthday this year was arrested in Maine over the weekend following a domestic dispute. Jessica Candage, who competed under her maiden name of Cunningham, was picked up by Portland police after they spotted the singer using her husband as a punching bag following the Old Port Festival, the Portland Press Herald reports.Officer Chris Hawley approached the couple on the street and observed small cuts on his face from the alleged assault. She was taken to Cumberland County Jail and released on unsecured bail of $1,000.
