So this may have been the performance of the season for me. Well, actually, I might have to think that over a bit. Either way, if it's not my top of the season, it's pretty damn close. Sure, "Bllie Jean" as a rock song has been done, but this actually felt like a classic rock song. It's a tremendous performance, and very unique. He finishes the performance with 83%, and I'm struggling to recall if Jesse has ever ended a performance in a sub-80s score. The dude just kills it every single week, and is the rare performer whom I think would be every bit as popular on a different show.

Brad (who voted no, surprisingly) says Jesse is a very unique performer, and says that while that might not have been everyone's cup of tea, there's not a single person here who doesn't respect him. Kesha says Jesse always leaves her at a loss for words, and compares him to a rock god. Ludacris says Jesse is the rare performer who can sing a Michael Jackson song and make people forget they're listening to a Michael Jackson song. I wouldn't go that far, but this was pretty fantastic, all things considered.
