Jennifer Lopez's boyfriend says she's returning to 'American Idol'
Another week, another report that Jennifer Lopez is returning to American Idol. However, this report seems to be the most certain as it came from the mouth of her boyfriend.
When talking to E! News about his new show A Step Away for nuvoTV, J.Lo's boyfriend Casper Smart responded with a "Yes" when asked if Lopez was returning to Idol. Apparently he thought FOX had already made an announcement (what?).
Furthermore an insider tells E! that the deal is still not yet final, which is why FOX hasn't made a statement. A source also goes on to tell the the site that "Returning to American Idol makes sense for Jennifer this season, as the show's schedule will allow her to focus on new film and TV projects. And, of course, her twins are starting school this year and she will have time for her family."
