Jennifer Lopez is Leaving 'American Idol' - Report

Recently, rumors have been circling that American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez would be leaving the show after this season. She's been dodging the whirlwind like an acrobat. However, it looks like these rumors are true. She is leaving the show!

A source close to Marc Malkin of E! Online revealed that she is indeed leaving the show, "She's just too busy." Jenny from the block kicks off the Latin American leg of her tour with Enrique Iglesias this summer. She will tour the U.S. in the fall. The bigger question is, if she did remain on the show, would she be able to juggle both?

Malkin goes on:

"I'm told Lopez will be on the road, at the very least, through the end of the year. The next round of Idol auditions will begin while she's overseas."

Another source commented on the situation, saying: "Fox does not want to let her go. They love her."

However, Fox declines to comment.

If this news is true, what does this mean for the show? Who should replace her?
