Jason Aldean To Release 'Night Train To Georgia' Concert DVD
Well, looks like Carrie Underwood isn't the only one around here releasing concert DVDs.
Jason Aldean will release a DVD of a career highlight last April: performing at the University of Georgia's Sanford Stadium, in front of 66,000 fans. “That day in Athens will always be one of my proudest accomplishments,” he noted. “I’ve been working my whole career to get to this point where I can go into a stadium like Sanford, which I’ve idolized my whole life, and leave a mark. I watch it back now to remember the details because it was all overwhelming and a pretty surreal moment for me.”
The Night Train To Georgia DVD will be released on October 15, and be 90 minutes in length, produced by Shaun Silva, Ivan Dudensky and Don Lepore. Not only will it include an 18-song setlist (outlined below), but there'll also be interviews from Jason, behind the scenes on planning the event, and footage from his Fenway Park and Wrigley Field stadium shows in summer 2013. Included in the concert performance will be appearances by Ludacris, Kelly Clarkson and Luke Bryan, joining Jason on various songs.
A pre-sale began today (September 12) on www.JasonAldean.com and Walmart is offering the exclusive reveal of the cover art, also beginning today, on their Twitter page. Fans can visit and re-tweet to unlock the image.
