Wow! I'm not usually into contemporary routines (maybe you've noticed?), but this piece from Jasmine Harper and Fik-Shun with choreography by Travis Wall (set to "Spiegel Im Spiegel" by Angela Yoffe and Vadim Gluzman) was stunning. They play the roles of lovers who are growing apart (surprise surprise), but the twist here is that the choreography is meant to evoke the feeling of being underwater. Let me tell you this: It works. Their movement is beautiful, and for another first-time-this-season pair, it's simply exquisite. Watch the video below!
