'Fifty Shades' Star Jamie Dornan Already Angered the BDSM Community

You may recall that in order to prepare for the role of BDSM-loving Christian Grey, Fifty Shades of Grey star Jamie Dornan actually visited a sex dungeon and was pretty stuck up about it.

To the surprise of no one, this has angered those into the BDSM lifestyle.

Said director, writer and member of the BDSM community Stephen Elliott of Dornan's commentary, "To me it's the equivalent of making a movie about gay people and making homophobic remarks."

"For some people, BDSM is an orientation. Fifty Shades of Grey is based on people who exist. To make a movie based on those people and then call their desires disgusting, I feel like anyone with kinky desires should boycott this film."

To refresh your memory, Dornan said of the sex dungeon, "I went there, they offered me a beer, and they did… whatever they were into. I was like: ‘Come on guys I know I’m not paying for this but I am expecting a show.'"

“It was an interesting evening. Then going back to my wife and newborn baby afterwards… I had a long shower before touching either of them."

Added Elliott on his own site in a post entitled 50 Shades of Boycott This Movie, "Do you always shower when confronted with sexual preferences different from your own? What exactly are you washing off?"
