Jai Waetford sang “Don't Let Me Go” on The X Factor Australia 2013 Grand Final.

This really should be the song Jai should be releasing as a winner's single. It's not only impressive that he wrote this song himself, but that it's this good. I thought this one of his better vocals of the competition, and perhaps it's a byproduct of having written the song he's singing, but he seems a lot more confident in what he's singing. I'm slowly turning the corner on the possibility of Jai winning this thing, although I'd consider it a bit of an upset, considering what a juggernaut Dami has been throughout the entire competition. But even if he doesn't win, Jai could seriously be huge, especially if international crowds end up being anywhere near as fanatical about him as the crowds at his hometown visit.
