Is Rihanna Racist?
Rihanna has had an interesting year. First, she's reunited musically with her abuser Chris Brown. Then, she's tweeted out provocative photo after provocative photo. Now, after tweeting out several photos from the "Princess of China" video shoot with Coldplay, she's been pegged as...racist?
I highly doubt that was her intention with her tweets, but it does cause many people to question.
She first tweeted "Gangsta goth geisha" with this photo:
It's a pretty innocent photo, right? Well, what has people up in arms is the comment "gansta goth geisha." Geisha is Japanese and the video she's shooting is "Princess of China." Hmm.
Previously, the "We Found Love" singer took to twitter to take jabs at Chris Brown's girlfriend Karrueche--who is Asian. She tweeted "Ima make you my bitch" with a photo of her in gold earrings and holding rice cakes...
Has Rihanna crossed the line? Or, are people totally overreacting?
