"In the Heights" - Ticket Lottery Update - 07/09/08

Status: Fail and Future Fail

Let's just say that Rickey TV is affecting my ability to go to Times Square and line up for the ticket lottery for "In the Heights". I'm so exhausted now after daily 5-hour overnight webcasting of the American Idols Live Tour that I don't have the strength to go the theater in order to fail in my bid for front-row seats to see Lin-Manuel Miranda. So really, I'm failing before I actually fail, which is not good.

However, this must be something near and dear to me since I did dream about Lin-Manuel Miranda last night. I met him at this party which had an Animal Farm type theme -- and then I told him about how I had been lining up for the ticket lottery everyday (yup, I lied in my dream) and then he gave me comp tickets on the spot. I even hitched a ride with him and his buddies somewhere.

I *might* be able to do this tomorrow.
