Ice Cube Felt 'Robbed' Losing an MTV Movie Award to Paul Walker

Ice Cube was on hand for this year's annual MTV Movie Awards, but he left pretty early, after losing out in the Best Onscreen Duo category to Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker.

He would later go on to vent his frustration to USA Today, explaining, "We was robbed. Shame on you MTV."

Wow.

Further shoving his foot in his mouth, he would go on to add that Walker only won with a "sympathy" vote, saying, "[Kevin Hart and I] had the best chemistry of everybody nominated, for us not to win was crazy. We were the best onscreen duo, period."

"They should have gave it to [Walker] before he passed away," Ice added.

On the plus side, he didn't leave early because of the award snub but because as a whole the show was a boring affair and there was a Lakers game on.

"I just wasn't into it," he explained. "I have been going in and out of these things for 25 years. If you ain't into it, why torture yourself? As soon as you get bored, get up and leave."

Unfortunately for him, the Lakers also lost.

Bemoaned Ice, "Shame on you, Lakers."

After the interview, Ice went on a Twitter rant in which he claimed:
