Hugh Jackman Has Skin Cancer Removed

Seems that even Wolverine isn't impervious to the sun, actor Hugh Jackman revealed today he had some skin cancer removed from his nose.

Jackman credits his wife Deborra-Lee Furness for spotting the issue, telling him to get a strange spot in his schnoz checked out by a doctor.

Good thing he did, turns out the "mark" was skin cancer and had to be dealt with.

The actor revealed the recent surgery on his Instagram, posting a photo of himself with a bandaged nose and writing, "Deb said to get the mark on my nose checked. Boy, was she right! I had a basil cell carcinoma. Please don't be foolish like me. Get yourself checked. And USE sunscreen!!!"
