Just Kidding, Hugh Jackman Says He's Not Done Playing Wolverine

Despite saying at the beginning of the month that he was basically done playing Wolverine unless he gets an amazing script, Hugh Jackman has backtracked on his prior statements.

Now he's saying he wouldn't mind continuing with the character in light of how X-Men: Days of Future Past turned out.

The actor was on the red carpet when he revealed he wasn't ready to say goodbye just yet.

"You’re right, I said I was pretty sure. But I’m less sure as it goes along," Jackman said of his decision. "Because after seeing this movie, the whole thing feels fresher to me than ever. And during this movie… I don’t want to spoil anything, but it’s kind of like a clean slate, so who knows where it's going to go."

He concluded that he will continue in the role, "As long as I have the passion for it, and the fans will have me."

May we make a suggestion? No more solo Wolverine films please!
