House passes debt ceiling agreement

See? I told you guys this would pass. It's all political theater.

President Obama and congressional leaders worked out a deal over the weekend and the bill was passed today.

Guess who voted against it? The Tea Party wing of the Republicans and the Liberal wing of the Democrats. How ironic that those opposing factions would unite against what is the right thing to do for Americans which is not to go into default.

The Senate votes on the bill on Tuesday.
