Hilary Duff has been signed to a record deal

Hilary Duff has been signed to a record deal.

She made the announcement today on Twitter.

This is definitely a dream come true. She's finally transitioned from film and TV to music, her first love.

We all remember her for The Lizzie McGuire Movie and 11 years later someone is finally, finally allowing her to make music.

Congratulations!
